What this page is, and what it is not
This is a calendar: a market's stated resolution date, grouped by the month it falls in, across every open market this board tracks with a date inside the next 5 years. Use it to see when a question gets settled.
Markets ending soon answers the nearer question — what is about to be decided — over the next 30 days, ranked by the clock with live countdowns rather than by month. The two overlap for the coming month on purpose; if you want the next few days, that page is the better one.
A resolution date is the venue's, not this site's, and venues move them: a question can settle early once the outcome is beyond doubt, or sit past its date waiting on the source that decides it. Markets whose whole life is shorter than 14 days are left out — a same-day market is not a calendar entry — and so are the placeholder dates open-ended series carry, which is why some markets on the board appear nowhere here — as do the handful whose stated date falls beyond the 5-year window above.
FAQ
When do prediction markets resolve?
Each market carries its own resolution date, set by the venue when the market opens. This page groups every dated open market on the board by the month its date falls in, and each market's page states the exact timestamp in UTC.
Which prediction markets resolve this month?
183 of the markets on this board have a stated resolution date in the next 30 days. The month tables below list them, and the ending-soon page ranks the same window by the clock with live countdowns.
What happens when a prediction market resolves?
The venue settles it against its stated source: contracts on the outcome that happened pay $1 each and the others pay nothing. Trading stops. The market's page here stays up with the last prices before settlement.
Can a prediction market resolve before its date?
Yes. A date is a deadline, not a schedule — a market can settle as soon as its outcome is beyond doubt. It can also run past the date while the venue waits on whatever source decides it, which this site shows as awaiting settlement rather than as an open countdown.
Why is a market I follow not on this calendar?
Three reasons cover almost all of them: the venue publishes no resolution date, the date is a placeholder far beyond the horizon this page covers, or the market's whole life is shorter than a few days, which makes it a fixture rather than a calendar entry.
How often does this calendar update?
Every 15 minutes, from the same export as the rest of the site. A market that resolves drops off the board at the next rebuild and its page becomes the record of where it finished.
